Franklin’s is a large family run training company that primarily delivers training to the healthcare sector. Our client base includes Care Homes, NHS & Private Hospitals, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Premises.
We are a National company so therefore cover the whole of the UK, so travel will be required with occasional overnight stays.
The successful applicant will need a Fire Services background and experience of training would be an advantage. It is also desirable that the candidate have either PTLLS or an equivalent teaching/training qualification although we can make arrangements for this qualification to be gained.
In addition, you will need to be extremely conscientious and organised with meticulous record keeping skills. All training equipment, relevant legal updates and teaching aids are provided.
